We were very happy and excited to get a new project in Hinjewadi phase 1, Pune for a bank branch.
This particular project had a very unique problem and that was the height at which work needed to be done.
This height was 25 ft and plus the cabin had already been erected thus aluminum scaffolding was out of the plan immediately as it was very difficult to erect scaffoldings at different places and in different cabins with no space for it to stand.
We went old school and erected a scaffolding structure with bamboo sticks ( refer to images to relate better ) and then our team was operating for 48 hours on top of this scaffolding and completed the work with proper safety and quality.
We were really happy to do a kind of project which generally we don't prefer doing due to the risk of life for men working at that height and also with heavy pipes on top of the bamboo ladders.
It was risky but very motivating for us to see that in any circumstances we always complete the project and come out of it thriving..
CASE STUDY - 2
We had started our journey in 2020 and were very raw to take up jobs PAN INDIA . We were given an opportunity to work for ICICI Banks as service partners for Kannadia Fyr Fyting ( Kanex ) for refiling and Comprehensive AMC for all branches for ICICI Banks in Maharashtra. We aimed to achieve and expand as much as possible by proving our quality and level of promptness as service providers maintaining the TAT .
It took us 6 months of hard work and hats off to the dedication shown by our team, we were executing refilling for almost 10 branches weekly in remote areas of Maharshtra like Satara, Ajra and Pen etc.
Our teams dedication made us expand to a level where Neon Engineers was proudly executing the work in 12 states in India with a team of 25 people dedicated only for services by the end of 2020.
A Unique challenge was thrown to us , that was to commission a 100 LPM oxygen generator at a very rural hospital in Morena District . It so happened that the demand was really high for oxygen due to the second wave of Covid - 19 hitting the country in early 2021.
Our team stood up to the challenge as supplied all material required from Delhi and sourced the material for the oxygen plant from different countries and executed the project within a timeline of 1 Month.
It was a unique project as we had never worked on oxygen before but had experience in Nitrogen Plants as it is required for refilling of Fire Extinguishers.
We used the PSA technology to achieve this project efficiently and successfully .
